Luxe Pavillion
The project consisted of the construction and finishing of a three floor commercial complex, covering around 500 square meters at Portomaso, St. Julians. The various works included civil works, mechanical and electrical works, external cladding, apertures, internal finishes and installation of shop fittings and furniture.
iManage coordinated inputs from consultants and carried out project management duties including procurement procedures, monitoring of progress and quality of works.
Project budget was €800k
Completed in 2005.
