Mgarr Ferry Terminal
Engaged by the contractor in charge, iManage had the role of construction and site managers for the Mgarr Ferry Terminal project in Gozo. The works including all foundation and piling works, construction, quay extensions and realignment of the parking and terminal building. iMAN was also supervising and managing the finishing operations of the terminal building.
Specific responsibilities included, detailed planning of works, detailed site management, procurement of materials, quality control, health & safety, quantity surveying and cost control.
