UPIM Outlet
This project entailed the project management and coordination of all works required to refurbish a six floor building, covering around 700 square meters, into an outlet for UPIM Malta. Situated in Melita Street, in the heart of Valletta, the project required extensive procurement planning, logistical co-ordination and sensitivity towards the surrounding and the building itself.
The works included extensive structural alterations required to modernize the building and accommodate adequate lifts and escalators, restoration of facades, mechanical and electrical works, new finishes and shop fittings installation.
