Project Overview

In this role, we assumed the lead position as the Project Management Team, taking full responsibility for overseeing project and contract management. Our duties encompassed a wide range of critical tasks, including site supervision, document control, quality assurance, financial monitoring, and the seamless coordination of inputs from diverse consultants within the design team and relevant regulatory authorities.

This multifaceted project entailed a variety of aspects, including internal alterations, mechanical and electrical systems, finishes, and the meticulous installation of furniture. We were an integral part of the Client's management team, worked collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of the project from inception to completion.
