Project Planning & Development
Our project personnel are well experienced in assisting the client through the whole project process, from conception to completion. Project Procurement Management
We have vast experience in tender preparation and tender adjudication. Moreover we are well established to coordinate the whole project procurement (M&E, civil works, finishes, etc) on behalf of the client. Our team is well acquainted with the various contract types and can advise our client on the most appropriate procurement methods for the particular project.
Contract Management
With years of experience, iMANAGE though effective management can ensure close monitoring and supervision of all the contractors in order that all concerned fulfill their contractual commitments.

Construction Management
We believe that Construction Management is one of our major strengths. We have managed building construction, infrastructure construction and refurbishment projects for an number of years, acquiring invaluable experience in the process.
Our experienced construction managers and site supervisors and managers have the sole objective of delivering the most cost effective and high quality project to the client; Our hands-on approach and constant monitoring and site presence ensures that our managers have complete control over operations so to ensure that the project targets are delivered cost effectively, in time and to the specified quality standards.
Design Audit & Management
The management team coordinates and manages the design phase through the establishment of effective design criteria and standards, overseeing and monitoring of schedules and project budget and the analyses of documents, drawings and deliverables for compliance with project programs and design objectives.
Particular consideration is given to environmental and sustainability issues whilst ensuring the effective buildability and functionality of designs, both during construction and the finished product.
Project Cost Control Management
Linking all our management disciplines to synthesize in order that project is brought to timely completion and within budget. During the whole project process, we provide guidance to the various project team members in order to obtain the best value for money product.
Quantity Surveying
We can provide this service on its own or as a part of a wider construction management or contract management assignment. Our chief quantity surveyor has been practicing the profession for twenty years and can thus draw from a wealth of experience in the sector.
Quality Assurance Monitoring
Depending on the assignment, we can establish teams to carry out quality assurance monitoring. In projects of a certain stature, we have partnered with other specialist firms to give our clients the best service in what is usually a very critical function.
