Project Overview

In our capacity as the leader of the Client’s Project Management Team, we assume a central role in the construction of the Multi-Material Recovery Facility, operating under a Design and Build Contract valued at approximately €20,000,000 in Halfar. 

Our responsibilities span the spectrum of project and contractor management, encompassing Project coordination with the Construction contractor, site supervision, meticulous document control, vigilant financial monitoring, and the seamless coordination of inputs from a diverse array of consultants within the design team and the pertinent regulatory authorities.

This multifaceted project involves an array of key components, including extensive excavations, robust construction, the integration of mechanical and electrical systems, meticulous finishes, as well as the precise installation of equipment and machinery, all culminating in comprehensive handing-over procedures.

As a vital member of the Client's management team, we play an integral role in facilitating effective collaboration and ensuring the seamless execution of this project, with an overarching objective of delivering a state-of-the-art Multi-Material Recovery Facility that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
