Project Overview

The Project at this Iconic site of Valetta involved the Paving and Landscaping works at Tritoni Square, together with the refurbishment of Roads leading to the Piazza. We worked from the contractors’ side to ensure that the Project was carried out to its finest detail.

Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
