We are a project management company that operates within the construction industry, with a background in civil engineering and a passion for project implementation from a management point of view.
A unique point to make regarding iManage is that we are specifically a project management company, and therefore our specialisation is focused on anything relating to project management within the construction industry. Our work therefore includes Quantity Surveying, Quality Auditing & Control, and realistically we are there from the inception to the completion of the project.
We seek to add value to all the projects we interact with! We are able to do this particularly through our very own proprietary Protocol System, that helps us define how each interaction within a project setting should take place, whilst also providing that through the swift execution of the projects at hand, we shall be adding value to the project overall, thereby strengthening our client relations, which are vital to us.
Our Project Managers are well experienced in assisting the Client through the whole project process, from conception to completion. Though the effective identification, development and management of specific project tasks, our management teams ensure that the Client’s ideas and vision are developed into a cost effective and feasible project plan, specifically aimed to meet the unique exigencies of the Client.
Our approach to establish a proper project conception process are the basis of success. Preliminary planning require thoughtful definition of goals and needs (Project Scope) and master planning to identify and anticipate future needs. Proposal and evaluation of project alternatives, identification of site requirements and projects environment funding requirements and possibilities as well as project phasing.
iMANAGE, though effective management, can ensure close monitoring and supervision of all the direct project stakeholders in order to ensure that all concerned fulfil their contractual commitments.
