Project Overview

iManage formed part of the Civil/ MEP/ Finishes works contractor for the Design & Build of a Concert Area in Ta Qali National Park_ Civil Works, M&E’s and Finishing Works.

As the Project Management Team of the Construction contractor, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of Ta’Qali concert area. Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
