Project Overview

This project involved the construction of a 7 Office Blocks and a Massive Carpark, with Offices only at the Roof Level. diverse set of elements, each contributing to its successful completion. These included site management of the Civil works.

As the Project Management Team of the Construction contractor, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of Trident Park (WP01). Our Project Management Team worked in collaboration with various 3rd party contractors and consultants responsible for executing this project on behalf of the end client. Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
