Project Overview

Construction of Promenade, Restoration of Bastion and rehabilitation of Foreshore at Esplora Centre.

We formed part of the Project Supervisor’s team. Responsible for the project and contract management, including site supervision, document control, quality and financial monitoring as well as the co-ordination of the inputs required from the various consultants within the design team and the various authorities involved. 

As the Project Management Team, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the works at Foreshore.Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
