Caritas Project

Project Overview

The Project works involved Alterations, Extension, M&Es and Finishing of Caritas Community Centre, Blatal Bajda. We formed part of the Contractor’s Project Management Team. We were responsible for the project and contract management, including site supervision, document control, quality and financial monitoring as well as the co-ordination of the inputs required from the various consultants within the design team and the various authorities involved.
