Project Overview

iManage was actively involved in the construction and finishing of a 77-apartment residential building in Qawra, ensuring smooth project execution on behalf of the client. The Project Management team coordinated regular meetings between construction contractors and architects to facilitate decision-making and align project goals. In addition, the company worked closely with the M&E engineer to synchronize mechanical and electrical works, while selecting and managing subcontractors for the finishing phase. Daily site visits were conducted to track progress, and comprehensive reports were generated to ensure all aspects of the project were completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
