Project Overview

The Project involved the construction and finishes of an Olympic size indoor pool. 

As the Principal Project Management team, we directly coordinated with Client and Contractor. Our works were but not limited to feeding contractor with necessary information, drawings, diligent submissions of reports, supervision of site works and managing the Program of Works.
