Project Overview

iManage was involved in the external envelope construction for the additional floors at the Logistics Building, Simonds Farsons CISK, working on behalf of the main contractor. The Project Management team coordinated closely between the client and contractor to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution. The responsibilities included overseeing the quality assurance of the work, ensuring that all construction met the required specifications. Additionally, the the Project Management team managed the building file, maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process to support effective project management and ensure successful delivery.
