Project Overview

Restoration, Construction, Servicing, Finishing and commissioning of MUZA at the Auberge D’Italie in Merchant Street, Valletta.

Heading the Project Management Team. Responsible for the project and contract management, including site supervision, document control, quality and financial monitoring as well as the co-ordination of the inputs required from the various consultants within the design team and the various authorities involved in this complex and multifarious project. 

As the Project Management Team of the Project Supervisor, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the Completion of Restoration, Construction, Servicing, Finishing and commissioning of MUZA. Our Project Management Team worked in collaboration with various 3rd party contractors and consultants responsible for executing this project. Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
