Project Overview

This project involved the Restoration & Rehabilitation of the Iconic Old Brewery House of Farsons, adjoining Trident Park Project site. The works included some civil works, Installation of Joinery, Finishes works with diverse set of elements, each contributing to its successful completion. These included site management of the Civil works.

As the Project Management Team of the Finishes JV contractor, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the Completion of Old Brewery House (OBH03). Our Project Management Team worked in collaboration with various 3rd party contractors and consultants responsible for executing this project on behalf of the end client. Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
