Project Overview

Demolition of existing hotel and construction of 3-star bed & breakfast class 3B including ancillary facilities and commercial outlets class 4B at ground floor level. 

As the Project Management Team of the Construction contractor, we took a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of Hotel. Our responsibilities encompassed a wide range of crucial functions, including site management, comprehensive management and updating of the Programme of Work (PoW), rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections, precise Quantity Surveying, and the preparation of detailed monthly reports.
