Giardini Lambrosa Wedding Hall
In place of a former printing press and abandoned shoe factory, the Client had the vision of developing and embellishing the area into high spec and modern designed wedding hall and multifunctional venue. With Design and Technical Resources Ltd as architects, structural engineers and designers of this prestigious project, iManage had the role of managing the entire construction procurement and implementation process. Our role included that of formation of preliminary financing documentation, management and coordination of inputs from of the various consultants and stakeholders, detailed estimates and design of tenders, procurement management, contract management, site and project management, quality monitoring of all excavations, construction, M&E services and finishing works and quantity surveying.
