Salini Rehabilitation
iManage collaborated with a team of experts and professionals entrusted with the project management, environmental and archaeological monitoring and site supervision of the Salini rehabilitation project in St. Paul’s Bay. iManage’s role was that of site supervision, project and contract management as well as the co-ordination of the inputs from the various consultants within the team that were critical to successfully delivery of this challenging and complex project.
The works consisted of the full restoration of the Ximenes Redoubt and conversion into an interpretation center, restoration and rehabilitation of the salt pans as well as the reconstruction and finishing of the processing and packaging huts within the Salini complex.
