Preferably 2-3 years’ experience on Construction Projects, with MQF Level 6 or higher in Project Management or Construction oriented degrees.

Preferably 1-3 years’ experience, experience Construction Projects, with MQF Level 4 or higher in Project Management or Construction oriented degrees. This role requires a keen aptitude to manage projects to a successful conclusion, selfmotivation and sharp decision-making qualities, to work under pressure and to function well within a team of contractors, consultants, clients and colleagues in order to manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. Project Management and Construction Site Management will be the main responsibilities of this post, however good knowledge and experience in quantity surveying will be considered an asset. Duties will include being directly responsible for various projects and thus a spectrum of remits including the control, planning, monitoring, coordination, management, site supervision, development and implementation of project management processes, quality monitoring and detailed report writing.
